Application for rehearing may be filed within the delay allowed by art. 922, La. C.Cr.P. On February 14, 1996, Defendant, Kenneth Leon Brady, was convicted by a jury of one count of DWI, fourth offense, a violation of La. R.S. 14:98, and sentenced to ten years at hard labor, the first two to be served without the benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Defendant appeals his conviction and sentence. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
